Our biggest update yet. POP Flow connects Plan, Optimise and Promote into one workflow, and the whole panel has been redesigned around it.

POP Flow. Plan, Optimise and Promote now work as one connected workflow around a single active project. The title and scores you build in Discovery and Search carry straight through to the Upload Assistant, so your work stays joined up as you move between tabs.
Redesigned navigation. The section menu is now a collapsible side rail you can show as icons only, or icons with labels, and your active project lives in the header, leaving more room for your work.
Upload Assistant, rebuilt to match the Discovery and Search tabs: a shared top bar with your title, target viewer and AI Finesse, a status strip carrying your Discovery and SEO scores with a one-line read, and a cleaner description builder for presets, smart links and video links.
One consistent icon set across the side rail, the floating toolbar and the in-page bar.

Achievements polish and a steadier home tab
A small follow-up release: clearer Achievements, and a more robust home tab.
Patch Improvements
Achievements ordered by size. Within each category, milestones now sort largest first, and recently earned milestones show their real date. Where an older milestone cannot be dated accurately, we show a short celebratory note rather than a misleading date.

Home tab: if the welcome video is not available to show (for example it is not public), the panel now falls back to the welcome message instead of a YouTube error.

Your work now flows around a project, end to end
This release introduces POP Flow: your title, scores and ideas now centre on an Active Project that follows the video you are working on, across Plan, Optimise and Promote. Every title you analyse is saved automatically and synced across the extension and the web app, and re-opening one brings its full result straight back with no re-analysing.

Automatic title-idea history, synced everywhere. Every title you analyse is saved to your title ideas automatically, available in both the extension and the web app, so you never lose a contender.
Instant restore of past analyses. Re-open a previously analysed title and its full result comes straight back, with no re-analysing. Faster, and the score will not drift a few points each time.
Save a chosen title to your project as its title, in one step.
Competitors: a new "Show" control lets you widen a thin trending list (Trending / More / All).

Now on Safari, plus a panel-wide polish pass
TubeSpanner is now available on Safari for macOS through the Mac App Store, joining the existing Chrome, Firefox and Edge builds. Your account, channel data and tools sync across all of them. This release also lands a wide pass of interface fixes from a fresh new-user walkthrough.

TubeSpanner is now on Safari (macOS). The same side-panel toolkit you know from other browsers, available on the Mac App Store, with everything synced to your TubeSpanner account.
One consistent "target viewer" control everywhere. Every tool that asks who a video is for now uses the same label and shares your selection, so choosing an audience in one tool carries through to the others.
Prioritised Home status bar. Notices like trial reminders, feature-limit warnings and "reconnect your channel" prompts now appear in a single status bar that surfaces the most important one first, rather than stacking up.
Patch Improvements
Clearer guidance before a channel is connected. Tools that need your audience now explain what to do and link straight to channel setup, instead of showing an empty dropdown.
Better Share/Planner empty state. With no social accounts connected you now get a clear prompt to connect one, rather than a dead emoji button.
Competitors tab restyled onto the standard TubeSpanner look, replacing off-brand black frames and dividers.

Home Tab Overhaul + Welcome Video Restored
Substantial visual refresh of the Home tab, every content card rebuilt with a cleaner layout, a richer hover preview, and tighter spacing. The welcome video panel is also working again on every account, after five months of silently rendering as a blank box.

Welcome video plays again, The latest channel video now plays directly from YouTube inside the welcome panel. Was rendering as a blank box on most accounts since the December 2025 home-tab redesign, the embed went through a Drupal wrapper page that browsers refused to iframe cross-origin. Fixed end-to-end (CMS + extension).
Content cards redesigned, Blog post and feature article cards (both the "Popular tools used by others" and "Recent content from TubeSpanner" rows) have been rebuilt. Title spans the top, body and image sit side-by-side beneath it, the Read button anchors to the bottom-left. Hovering the body now reveals a richer preview card with the full text, click anywhere on the preview to open the article in a new tab.
Tighter Home tab spacing, Top padding reduced on every section card, and the empty banner strip that used to sit above the welcome panel for accounts with nothing to announce no longer renders at all. Reclaims around 30 pixels of vertical space without losing breathing room.
Section heading consistency, "Your recently used tools" heading now matches the size of the other section headings on the Home tab. Previously the only outlier on the panel.
Patch Features
Recent content carousel, When more than three blog posts are available, the Recent content row paginates as a carousel rather than overflowing or capping at three. Previous / next controls + page indicator (1/3, 2/3, …).
Shuffled popular features, The "Popular tools used by others" row now shuffles which features it surfaces each load, so you get more variety across sessions rather than the same four items every time.
Live marketing portal feed, Blog and feature article rows now pull from the live www.tubespanner.com source on every install, with caching defeated end-to-end so new posts appear immediately rather than after a 24-hour delay.
Patch Bug Fixes
Toolbox tool tiles now use the same icon source as the Home tab tool cards, the same tool was rendering with different icons in different places.
Discovery Optimiser, Search Explorer, and Lexitronics now match the latest API shapes again.
SEO search row: spacing and styling polish across the row.
Blog and feature titles with ampersands, quotes, and other HTML entities now render as the actual character rather than the escape sequence (e.g. "Spam & Bot Blocker" now reads "Spam & Bot Blocker").

Onboarding Redesign + Tool Reliability
Two changes that move the dial: a redesigned first-run experience for new TubeSpanner users, and a recovery of two tool panels (Discovery Optimiser and Search Explorer) that had silently stopped working when the server response shape moved on and the extension hadn't caught up.
Patch Improvements
Onboarding redesign, The first-run takeover now sits inside the Home tab itself rather than as a separate screen, with a session-aware Skip control. If you skip onboarding once, the extension remembers, it won't show up again on the next session.
Discovery Optimiser suggestions panel rebuilt, Rebuilt to match the main TubeSpanner site, showing weaknesses, a recommended replacement title, and follow-up ideas. Previously the extension panel stalled on the loading skeleton because the server response shape had moved on.
Search Explorer Search Score wheel restored, The same response-shape mismatch was wiping out the Search Explorer state on every Analyze. The wheel now renders correctly and Search Explorer state persists between analyses.
