YouTube is a long game. Many creators burnout in the pursuit of their goals, whether that's from overworking, or lost of passion or motivation. Your creative passion can only get you so far, and when it fails, consistency and discipline will pull you through the finish line.
Consistency doesn't mean you need to upload every day or three times a week. It means putting yourself on a schedule that you can follow without much room for failure. For example: If it takes about a month or two to create a video, then posting around 6 videos a year is your baseline.
But in order to stay consistent with your content, you need to know what videos to make and which one your audience will like.
